Checked in Midas for Voice AI, FOC 
Checked on Sonus
Checked on Speedracer Fir FOC and Installation
Deleted & Updated voice foc date & voice ai complete
Refreshed the account 2 times in midas
Polled order on Speedracer
Unplugged the phone line from modem
Checked SIP password
Updated gain calculations
Reprovisioned the line,
Isolated the phone line,
Tried different phone jack & different phone cord and a different phone
Escalated to Combo techs after completing these steps

Checked SR2, Midas & Sonus 
Updated the TTLP & RTLP gains on the Covad
Reprovisioned the Line

Escalated to Combo techs,
